We realised that even with the most sophisticated tech, insightful data and clever wording, what really drives leads is being real: being human.
It started with tech sales. And a methodology we honed to consistently get us in front of our ideal prospects, without ever needing to cold call.
We met while selling into large enterprise call centres. We loved it. There is nothing quite like closing a massive deal. What’s not to love – especially after months of effort and focused nurturing?
But selling was never the problem. The problem was creating a consistent flow of real-pipeline-ready-leads.
We’d been using a method of market referrals and cold calling to get us in front of our ideal customers. But referrals are unpredictable. And cold calling sucks: it’s ineffective, unsustainable and (dare we say it?) deeply demoralising. Anyone who says you’re only a salesperson if you know how to cold call is a great big liar — it’s nonsense.
So, in 2017, we set about honing our craft and Superhuman Sales was born: galvanised by our mission to help businesses grow by consistently generating targeted, high-value B2B leads.
We are not talking clever tactics or short-term fads. There is no manipulation or slimy sales nonsense. Our approach is about creating real sales opportunities by using a combination of bespoke tech, compliant data, a series of carefully crafted emails underpinned by behavioural economic principles, plus ongoing campaign analytics and optimisation. But more than that, and off the back of hundreds of campaigns and meetings with high-powered, street smart and tough-as-nails decision makers, business owners and executives, we realised that even with the most sophisticated tech, insightful data and clever wording, what really drives leads is being real: being human.
